Yes. We gather dietary preferences in advance and ensure suitable vegetarian or vegan options are included across your culinary experience. While the overall spread may differ from others in the group, most travellers find the variety and depth of regional plant-based cuisine both satisfying and insightful.
All allergies and restrictions are noted prior to travel and communicated to hosts and chefs. While we take care to ensure safe alternatives where possible, these are immersive, real-world food environments, so a degree of flexibility and awareness is helpful.
Whenever possible, we ask chefs to share recipes during the session or follow up with them afterwards, so you can revisit the dishes once you're home.
We’re happy to check with the chef in advance and share clarity before your journey begins. If a particular dish doesn’t meet your requirements, you can simply opt out of that part of the experience.
Hands-on cooking sessions can be arranged on customised tours, depending on time.
